Flood Effects # 5 - Sample Room

To assist you in the recording and completion of your task, here is a possible example of how setting out your work.

  1. Create a list of rooms, with dimensions and scaled drawings (homework tasks).
  2. Order your rooms - this will give you a structure to follow - keep you on task! (eg - bathroom, lounge room, kitchen, bedroom # 1, bedroom # 2, bedroom # 3, garage...)
  3. Start with room # 1 - BATHROOM.
  4. Include:

Picture (optional)
Scaled Drawing - displaying measurements of each wall, floor & ceiling - also include the area of each wall, floor & ceiling
List of accessories/things found in the room.
List of replacement items, including the cost and where purchased from.
Total Cost


Example # 1 - BATHROOM

    We are really enjoying the Flood Effects Maths Project so far! We are having lots of fun while learning about Maths. The blog, especially the examples included, are very helpful.
